Izix’s Sustainable Parking Platform Receives €3M Boost

Izix, the innovative proptech company that’s revolutionizing the way we think about office parking lots and mobility, has secured a significant €3 million in equity funding to further advance its groundbreaking space management solution.

Founded in 2021, Izix has been on a mission to transform office building parking lots into high-value, sustainable spaces. Their solution not only optimizes parking but also supports the growing trends of flexible offices and environmentally friendly commuting.

Izix’s software is designed to simplify the lives of all parking stakeholders, from property owners and managers to tenants and employees. Their user-friendly app enhances the planning, allocation, and sharing of parking spaces, making daily commutes smoother and more efficient.

The company’s platform is already active in multiple European countries, including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain, where it is making a substantial impact. Rémi Laurent, CRO & Director France, emphasizes the critical role their solution plays in reducing traffic congestion and vehicle emissions. “Almost half of all home/work car journeys are made automatically, rather than out of need. Our solution will drastically impact this type of problem,” he stated.

Izix CEO and co-founder, Dorian de Broqueville, expressed his enthusiasm for the future. “With a strong team and solid customer references, our growth ambitions go hand in hand with a mature market waiting for this type of solution. Our investors share our conviction in supporting the transition to more sustainable cities and travel.”

The equity funding was raised from Noia Capital, La Région Bruxelloise, and Franco-Belgian business angels. With their eyes set on expansion, Izix aims to reach 500 buildings by the end of 2025, with 50 percent of them located in France. They also have ambitious plans to capture over half of the French market, equating to 2,500 buildings, all while achieving profitability by 2025.
