Flyhomes Launches Partner Channel, Aiming for Nationwide Expansion

Flyhomes, known for revolutionizing the real estate industry, is setting its sights on broader horizons. The company announced the launch of its Partner Channel, aimed at providing a range of products to lenders and mortgage brokers nationwide. This move comes as part of a phased approach to making real estate transactions easier, less stressful, and more cost-effective.

At the forefront of this expansion is the Flyhomes Guaranteed Backup Contract, a groundbreaking “buy before you sell” solution, which will be made accessible through the Flyhomes Partner Channel. This product offers homebuyers the unique opportunity to purchase their new property before selling their current one, streamlining the buying process and reducing the stress often associated with juggling two homes.

Tushar Garg, the co-founder and CEO of Flyhomes, expressed the company’s commitment to simplifying the real estate experience: “We’re thrilled to announce that the proprietary products and services we built to help our clients close on more than $6 billion worth of homes will also be available to lenders and brokers across the country. There are amazing real estate professionals out there doing incredible work, but it takes resources and innovative financial tools to deliver an exceptional client experience in the face of current market challenges.”

The Flyhomes Partner Channel is designed to facilitate independent mortgage brokers and bankers in offering the Flyhomes Guaranteed Backup Contract product to their clients. Additionally, partners will have the option to broker transactions to Flyhomes Mortgage for its short-term bridge loan products.

Eric Meadow, the Vice President of Partnerships at Flyhomes, highlighted the long-term vision for the channel: “The long-term vision for the channel is to have our full suite of products available through third-party origination or distributed sales channels.”

Looking ahead, Flyhomes plans to introduce additional products through the Flyhomes Partner Channel, including lending options from Flyhomes Mortgage to help buyers unlock existing home equity for a down payment. Dan Richards, the Executive Vice President of Mortgage and Closing at Flyhomes, emphasized the importance of this expansion: “Through their local lenders and brokers, more people will soon be able to win in any situation thanks to our modular product designs and cost-effective solutions.”

Flyhomes’ direct-to-consumer channel remains the core of their business, but the launch of this new Partner Channel will significantly broaden their reach and bring innovative real estate solutions to millions of new customers nationwide.
