Introducing Ambassador for “Co-Living & Short Term Rentals”: Mayank Pokharna

Very excited to unveil our first ambassador on PropTechBuzz to the world. In the last article, we explained what the Ambassador program is.

The ambassador for our product family, Coliving and Short-term Rentals is Mayank Pokharna. Mayank is a seasoned professional in the coliving industry. He blends his academic prowess with hands-on experience. Mayank has an MBA in Marketing and General Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, India. He embarked on his coliving journey 2015 by co-founding SimplyGuest Coliving in parallel to his full-time job. He later joined full-time in 2017. SimplyGuest scaled to 500 units across 17 locations and a $1mn in revenue while bootstrapping. He then launched JumboTiger, a dedicated

property management software for coliving in 2020.

His expertise extends beyond entrepreneurship. For the last 2 years, Mayank has been instrumental in scaling and strategizing for coliving and proptech companies across Dubai, the USA, the UK, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, India, Nigeria, etc. He has worked with 15 different brands across 10 different geographies.

Passionate about the intersection of technology and shared living, Mayank’s vision is to empower coliving spaces to thrive in a digital age, fostering communities that resonate with the modern urban dweller.
