ProptechBuzz welcomes Scott Petronis into its leadership as Head of ProptechBuzz Labs.

In a move towards strengthening its leadership, PropTechBuzz has strengthened its leadership by welcoming Scott Petronis as Chief Advisor, PropTechBuzz Labs. 

In his role with PropTechBuzz Labs, Scott will lead our team dedicated to:

• Product Incubator: Building an idea from MVP to product launch
• US Market Entry:  Making established tech in other markets competitive in the US market

In addition to his collaboration with PropTechBuzz Labs, Scott is the founder and principal of Xcentric Consulting, a Senior Advisor with Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions Company (REMA), and has served on the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Board of Directors.  He has also worked as Chief Product and Technology Officer for real estate tech companies including Inside Real Estate, Redefy, eXp Realty, and Onboard Informatics where he’s helped build products, teams, and brand-new concepts from the ground up.

Scott has nearly 30 years of technology experience and maintains a focus on the “business of technology” – whether that’s finding the most cost-effective ways to build and deliver products or identifying operational improvements to help teams break through their log jams.  It’s this range of experience that allows Scott to assist PropTechBuzz clients across a broad spectrum.

Scott and the PropTech Buzz Labs team will leverage their exceptional experience to thoroughly analyze and prepare your technology for the U.S. market launch.
