PAVE Mobility Reorganizes, Secures Additional Capital to Fuel Growth and Expansion Plans

Pave Mobility, a leading parking-enforcement solutions provider based in Dania Beach, US, announced the successful completion of a corporate reorganization and capital raise, positioning the company for accelerated growth and innovation in the parking technology sector.

The strategic transaction, spearheaded by US Infravest Managers L.P., a New York-based SEC registered investment advisor, involved substantial contributions from institutional investors. The funds raised will be instrumental in advancing Pave Mobility’s enforcement solutions through strategic investments in business intelligence, research and development, and client success initiatives.

Under the leadership of CEO Fred Bredemeyer and CTO Ben Hoffman, Pave Mobility has established itself as a key player in simplifying parking operations, boasting a digital parking management system employing License Plate Recognition (LPR) and integrations across over 450 locations in the United States.

The company’s new structure, fortified by the recent capital infusion, is geared towards augmenting reporting capabilities, elevating customer service, and advancing its enforcement offerings. Notably, Pave Mobility has welcomed Tom Hurlbut, former CFO of Pioneer Lines, Inc., and the former controller and interim CFO of Norfolk Southern, to lead the finance, accounting, and administrative departments.

With this corporate evolution, Pave Mobility is poised to solidify its commitment to innovation and excellence, ensuring continued satisfaction for its diverse range of customers across various sectors and locations nationwide.
