Smartpricing, an Italy-based startup specializing in hotel and apartment revenue management software, has successfully secured €13 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Partech, a prominent global tech investment firm headquartered in Paris, with additional participation from Gianluca D’Agostino of Techshop, Azimut Digitech Fund, and the founders of Bending Spoons.

Partech, established in 1982, has a widespread presence with offices in Berlin, Dakar, Dubai, Nairobi, and San Francisco. The firm strategically invests in various stages, including seed, venture, and growth stages.

The newly acquired funds will empower Smartpricing to solidify its position as a global industry leader. The startup plans to utilize the capital to expand its team and introduce innovative products.

Founded in 2020 by Luca Rodella, Eugenio Bancaro, and Tommaso Centonze, Smartpricing offers a revenue management system focused on enhancing the revenue of hotels. Leveraging AI-powered technology, Smartpricing optimizes pricing for hotels, B&Bs, resorts, and vacation rentals by streamlining daily operations. With services already extended to 17 countries, the platform has gained traction among over 3,000 hosts globally.

Additional investors in this funding round include Gianluca D’Agostino of Techshop, Azimut Digitech Fund, and the founders of Bending Spoons.
